A colleague from work, Catherine, inspired me to make these cute little bread baskets with eggs in them. You actually put an uncooked egg in there and bake it with the bread! We are planning to try them for breakfast tomorrow morning - hope they cooked :) The 2 on the left are baskets, you can't even see the egg in the back one (that was Jasmine's), the others were actually donut shaped when we made them, but they rose more than expected. Catherine made these with her kindergarten class - isn't that cool!? Unfortunately for Jasmine, she is in the morning class and Catherine teaches in the afternoons :(
